Fr. Rock’s GAA boasts both male & female teams across a variety of ages, hosting their home games at Paddy Cullen Park in Cookstown, County Tyrone.
The club is steeped in history, thanks to the amalgamation of two reputable sides in the 1930s. Cookstown Fr. Rock’s GAA comprises of both Cookstown Owen Roe’s, the first GAA club in Tyrone, and Geraldines; the two clubs became one under the Cookstown Fr. Rock’s GFC banner in 1938.
20x Skyline Powertron LED Floodlights were used onsite, with a variety of shields and angle beam variants used to ensure that light spillage was minimised, providing a compliant design for the GAA pitch at this historic club.
BELL Sports Lighting has been a brilliant upgrade for our club. Not only has the clarity and uniformity of lighting improved dramatically, but we’ve also seen a major reduction in running costs. Their team provided clear communication and guidance at every step, making a large project feel very manageable.
