There has been a plant at Luton building vehicles since 1905, with Vauxhall Assembly Plant employing 1,400 staff at the time of our visit.
The plant assembles Vauxhall, Opel, Peugeot and Citroen vans, with an array of professional machinery also used at the site.

Our Ultra LED Battens were specified and supplied by PLS Lighting to provide a solution at the plant. Our products were installed by the in-house maintenance team which operates in the various assembly areas, with the fittings ensuring that lighting levels were increased significantly, allowing for a much safer working environment.
